Our Malt Master personally noses and tastes every Oloroso sherry and bourbon cask that goes into our 30 Year Old to ensure they possess an exquisite complexity of fragrance and flavour, an intensely time-consuming process After handpicking each whisky, he then marries them together to achieve their final sublime harmony of sherry, fig and seductive dark chocolate
