Shipping & Payment Policy

Shipping Policy

For delivery charges, $10 for orders below $100 and free-of-charge for orders above $100.  If you order before 9am we can deliver your bottles within the same business day. If you order after 9am, you should receive your bottles the next business day. Orders submitted on weekends will be processed on the next business day. All deliveries are done locally by our drivers between 10am to 5pm.

No deliveries on weekends and public holidays. All deliveries &/or collections must be received by persons aged 18 or above.

Payment Policy

We accept PayPal. 

Cancellations/ Returns

All goods sold are non-refundable. Returns are not allowed and subjected to terms and conditions (example like damage upon delivery). You are advised to check that you have received your goods are in good order and condition.

Wrong product delivered should be made known to us within 3 working days from the date of receipt of goods. A broken whisky cork does not warrant a replacement of bottle as this has been a common occurrence in our tropical climate. Do check out websites that share with us on how to remove these broken whisky corks.
